Please could you provide the following items:

Images can either be supplied from your own supply or from our stock photo supplier 123rf.com

If using 123rf.com, please specify the ID number of any images you wish to use.

Items required

• Opening home page slideshow images
• Opening paragraph for home page - just needs to be a few lines to outline who you are and what you do
• About us profile page with Team photos if possible - nobody likes having them but visitors love to see them! 
• Page about how you work - processes perhaps?
• Services page - text + images for each page)
• Full resolution original photos depicting work you have been involved in (case studies) if you have any and explanatory text
• Text/images for any other pages required
• Please confirm Business address and contact details for the contact page / footer contact information;
• Customer feedback (minimum of three if possible);
• Accreditation logos if you have any
• Terms and conditions if you have them and a privacy/GDPR policy. If you don't have one, we have generic ones that you can use as a starting point. 
• Links to any social media.

To send us text, please use Word or PDF and send to projects@vtsdesign,co.uk

For small images, they can be emailed to projects@vtsdesign,co.uk

To send us large photos or multiple attachments, please go to https://wetransfer.com, click 'Add your files' to add as many files as you want up to 2GB in total size, and in the 'Email to' field use This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

High Definition imagery - send as many as possible please - doesn't' matter how large as we can crop to fit.

Call to action buttons on the home as discussed in quote - have a think about where you would like to drive visitor traffic. 

Short opening paragraph for home page - can resuse one on existing home page - but check the wording if you want to revise it all. 

Revise text on about us page - maybe some of that can be split off onto other pages

A profile of yourself would be good, how you got into this

FAQ page - try to think of all the questions you have been asked - e.g how long to set up, are you insured? Do we choose the flavours in advance?  Do you have a hygiene rating - anything that can give people more information is good!

Any more additions for friends page? 

Any more testimonials?

For the contact page - may be better to have a simpler contact form option as well for those who don't want to make a full booking enquiry yet?
